- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Your data is never deleted. If you exceed the Free plan limits you will still be able to read everything, but new syncs will be paused until you reduce usage or upgrade.
- Is there a student or non-profit discount?
- Absolutely. We offer 50% off Pro for students and non-profits. Contact us with a valid .edu email or proof of non-profit status.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual plans save you 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch at any time from your account settings.
- Where is my data stored?
- Data is stored locally on your device and synced via encrypted channels to our servers hosted in the US and EU. You can choose your preferred region in settings.
- Can I export my data?
- Of course. You can export everything as JSON, Markdown, or plain text at any time from Settings > Export. Your data is always yours.
